Partvo two-panel plywood display tree: digital example, October 1, 2026

This is a 2,200 mm tall, two-panel decorative concept. GPT-6 Sol authored the
initial build123d source; a human reviewed and revised it. The corrected local
Partvo compiler produced the STEP, STL, DXF and visible preview in this package.
The app-level bundle validator accepted all three CAD formats, but no panel has
been physically cut, fit-tested, installed, or approved for stability.

Files:
- model.step and model.stl: assembled two-panel digital reference in mm.
- cutting.dxf: two separate 1,000 x 2,200 mm closed outlines in mm.
- preview.png and outline-diagram.png: reference views, not manufacturing plans.
- fit-coupon.dxf and COUPON_MAP.md: three paired slot trials at 17.6, 18.0 and
18.4 mm; must be cut in the actual stock and reviewed before full panels.
- model-reviewed.py: source used for the validated CAD files.
- validation.json and VALIDATION_SUMMARY.md: digital check results and limits.
- DESIGN_SPEC.md: measurements, assumptions and shop review requirements.

The outlines have square blind-slot corners. A qualified fabricator must add
bit-appropriate corner relief or dogbones, verify stock thickness and kerf,
decide holding tabs and sheet nesting, create CAM/toolpaths, and assess anchoring
and tip stability. No G-code, machine settings, physical fit result, or
cut-ready guarantee is supplied. Two nominal 4 x 8 ft sheets may contain the
outlines by bounding dimensions alone; actual usable sheet margins are untested.
