A successful CAD export from a Partvo founder-owned brief

By the Partvo team · October 1, 2026

This 90 × 50 × 5 mm plate with four 4 mm holes was made for a noncritical indoor desk example. A local agent integration pilot submitted the founder's measured recipe to Partvo's real build123d compiler. The compiler produced downloadable STEP and STL files. This was a local integration test, not a customer's project or a claim that this exact run happened in the live Studio.

Download the example files (ZIP)

Digital CAD preview. No physical plate or fit test is shown.

What can you inspect?

The ZIP contains the STEP solid, STL mesh, preview, exact millimeter recipe and machine-readable validation report. Its SHA-256 is d4fda1b4c91281481bb9350beaee7905c900c60719ac37715549ded6792bbffa. The report records one watertight solid, a 90 × 50 × 5 mm bounding box, and passing STEP and STL round trips. Template probes checked the four hole locations. You can open the files in your own CAD or slicer to check their geometry.

What does this result leave open?

The validator marks physical fit as not tested and freeform design-for-manufacture as not evaluated. No material, strength, tolerance, machine settings or finished part has been approved. An agent generated a recipe in the pilot, but the hosted design call was replayed for the integration test; this ZIP is evidence of the compiler and export route, not an independently observed live paid generation or print fulfillment.

Try the current design workflow

Follow the five-minute agent and MCP setup guide or open Studio. Ask for a measured part, review the actual validation result, then download only the formats shown for that version. Generation consumes credits and may fail to produce a usable model. Physical print orders are not live.
